Our School

Our school is located in the heart of the historic part of Almería. Our aim is to help our pupils master the Spanish language, culture and traditions.

The City

Almería, located on the Southeast coast of Spain, surrounded by the calm and warm Mediterranean, is a crucible of cultures that offers the student and to those who visit it, beach, sports, culture, and night life.

Social & Cultural

There is a great variety on offer. Every week there is a programme of social and cultural activities that changes from week to week. Most of the activities are free of charge and there are others that can be joined for a reasonable price.In Almería you will be able to make the most of them thanks to its great weather and our friendly teachers.

Free of charge activities * Cultural itineraries in the city with local guides. * Welcome party to all the new students * Swimming and games on the beach. * Local fiestas. * Spanish film day. * Night visits to local places of interest (La Alcazaba). * Visits to Museums. * Talks on Spanish culture, history and art.

Optional activities (price not included) * Day trip to the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. * Visit to the typical coast and inland villages ( Carboneras, Mojácar, Vera …) * Visit to the cinema studios in Almería’s desert- “Mini Hollywood” * Visit to the “Sorbas Caves” ( Karst de yeso/plaster) * Tapas tour in Almería * Visit to “the olive oil museum”with flamenco show- (only on Thursdays) * Visit to Almeria’s alpujarra ( Berja…) * 5 a side football, basketball, volleyball. * Swimming * Go karting in Roquetas * Water Park in Roquetas de Mar * Roquetas Aquarium * Wine tasting * Bbq on the beach * Theatre * Meal in a typical Almeria Restaurant. * Day trips to nearby cities like Granada, Malaga, Murcia… * Ferry to Melilla (Spanish city in North Africa), Algeria and Morroco.
